Order/ Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Express  
Our standard order processing time is 2-3 business days. Processing times may vary during holiday and some promotional sales. Express Orders placed after 10am PT will be processed the following business day. Once processed, order shipment times may vary depending on the carrier and time-frame option that you selected. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for after order processing for your shipment to begin tracking. 

We currently ship via DHL and USPS. Please note that these carriers also observe most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times.

Editing an Order/Cancellations 
Order edits & cancellation requests must be made within at least 3 business days before their next shipment. These edits/requests can be made by logging into your account via our website, or by contacting our Customer Experience Team

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency that you’ve selected. Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries as they’re processed. You can cancel your subscription, switch roasts, change frequency, or skip an order at any time via your account

Managing Subscriptions
Customers can manage, modify, or cancel their subscriptions any time within the cancellation policy timeline, which is 3 business days before the next shipment is scheduled.

Reactivating Subscriptions & Payment
Subscriptions can be reactivated at any time using a valid credit card. Cards must remain valid and current in our system to receive subscriptions. Failure to do this would result in automatic cancellation of customers' subscriptions.
