What's the deal with customer accounts?

When you complete your first order, you are given a customer account linked to your email. Logging into your customer account allows you to manage your purchase preferences, review your purchase history, and change preferences on any active subscriptions you may have. Subscription preferences are changed with the Subscription Manager.

How do I create and activate my customer account?

After completing your first purchase you will be sent an email with the subject Customer account activation. Follow the instructions to set your password and activate your customer account.

To create an account before making a purchase, click this link or click the login button in the top right corner of this page and follow the Sign Up link.

How do I log in to my customer account?

Click here or click the login link near the top right corner of this page and enter your account email and password.

How do I reset my account password?

If you forgot your password, head to the login page and enter your account email to receive an email with further instructions.

How do I find the Subscription Manager?

Log in to your customer account or click the login link near the top right corner of this page and enter your account email and password.

Click the Manage Subscriptions link under your name in Account Details to manage subscriptions. 

With the Subscription Manager you have full control to manage all preferences related to any active coffee subscription. You can skip an order, change frequency of deliveries, change your choice of roast, update shipping information, update billing and credit card information, view upcoming orders and past transactions, update quantities of each product delivered, manage discounts, add additional coffee roasts to your existing subscription, and cancel your subscription(s).

If you have more than one active subscriptions, you can control each one individually. In the Subscription Manager, simply click the Manage drop down on the same line as the subscription you would like to edit.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

To change the frequency of subscription deliveries, click on the link under the column "Frequency".

Using the menu, adjust the delivery to the desired interval.

Click the "Update" button when finished. A confirmation message will appear confirming your new order interval and the next delivery date.

How do I skip my next delivery?

Going to be out of the country or still have some coffee that you want to go through? You can easily skip orders. 

To skip one or multiple upcoming orders, click on the "Upcoming Orders" link under the "Manage" menu, or click on the "Order #" under the 'Subscriptions' heading. Both of these actions will show you a list of several of your upcoming orders. 

A drop-down menu will display beneath your order # with your upcoming order dates and information.

To Skip an Order, click on the link "Skip Order" under the 'Action' Header.

A popup will display asking you to verify that you would like to Skip that Order delivery. Select, "OK".

To collapse the upcoming order list, simply click on the Order # link under the Subscription column heading.

How do I change the roast I'm receiving?

To manage your product selection, click on the "Swap Products" link under the "Manage" menu. A window will pop up displaying your current products in your order and a "Manage" button on the right to swap your current product.

If the product(s) is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page. 

To swap your product(s), click on the button with the arrows under the "Manage" column on the right.

Click on the drop-down, and select the product you'd like to change your order to.

Once your new product selection is made, the system will check and reconfigure the new product shipping method and rates. These will be displayed and a verification button will display, "Yes, swap product".

How do I add more coffee to my subscription?

To add a product to your subscription, while logged into your customer account, visit the product page you'd like to subscribe to and click on the "Add to Existing Subscription" button under the "Add to cart" button.

To view and update your product quantities on file, click on the "Product / Quantities" link under the "Manage" menu. 

A window will popup displaying your products with a box showing the quantity of that product.

If the quantity is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page. To update your quantity, make any changes needed, and click on the "Update" button when finished.

How do I update my shipping address?

To update your shipping and/or billing address on file, click on the "Update Address" link under the "Manage" menu. 

A popup window will display with your current shipping and billing address on file.

If the information is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page. 

To update your address, make any changes needed, and click on the "Update" button when finished.

Any changes to your Shipping Address on the right will automatically be made to your Billing Address on the right as long as the checkbox labeled, "The same as shipping address" is selected.

If your Billing Address is different then your Shipping Address, please unselect the checkbox labeled, "The same as shipping address", then update your Billing Address before clicking the "Update" button the bottom to save changes.

How do I change my payment details?

To view or update your existing credit card on file, click on the "Manage" link for the intended subscription. 

Locate and click the "View/Update Card" link from the drop-down menu. 

A popup window will display a limited secure view of your current credit card info on file.

If the information is up-to-date and as you'd like, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page. 

To update your credit card info or to add a different card, click on the "Update" button.

How do I change my shipping method?

To update your shipping method on file, click on the "Update Shipping Method" link under the "Manage" menu. 

A popup window will display with your current shipping method and rates on file. If you transitioned from an introductory

free shipping product, the shipping rate will default to the lowest available rate for your item(s). 

***Shipping rates will appear blank until they load. Allow several seconds to allow system to calculate and load current shipping methods.

If the information is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page. 

To update your shipping method, make any changes needed from the drop-down and click on the "Update" button when finished.

How do I check my delivery history?

The Order History section lists all of your current orders to date. This section does not list any future orders expected through your subscriptions. Future orders can be found in the "Manage Subscription" section. 

Clicking on an order number will allow you to see that order's details. 


Orders include many details: a clickable product, SKU, price, quantities, totals, discounts, shipping, and addresses. The order will also display any refunds, cancellations, etc. 

To view your transactions to date, click on the "Transactions" link under the "Manage" menu. 

A popup window will appear with a list of your transactions and details.

To view the order and transaction details, click on the order # under the Order ID column heading. This will open another window displaying all order details from our account.

To close the transaction list, click on the "Close" or "Okay" button.

How do I see my upcoming deliveries?

To view your upcoming orders and dates, click on the "Upcoming Orders" link under the "Manage" menu. 

A drop-down menu will display beneath your order # with your upcoming order dates and information.

To view products, quantities or to skip an order click on the related links and follow the instructions.

To collapse the upcoming order list, simply click on the Order # link under the Subscription column heading.

How do I apply a new discount code to my account?

To manage your active subscription discount, click on the "Manage Discount" link under the "Manage" menu. 

A window will display your current active discount code and a box to enter a new discount code.

To update your discount code, enter it in the "New Discount Code" box and click "Update" when finished.

Note: Only one subscription discount code per subscription may be active at a time.

How do I cancel my subscription? 

Canceling a subscription cannot be undone without signing up for a new product. For alternative changes to your subscription see instructions above to skip as many orders as needed, change products, update quantities, or update shipping.  

To cancel your subscription, click on the "Cancel Subscription" link under the "Manage" menu. 

A popup window will display with a note and questions on why you'd like to cancel. Pick the best answer to describe your situation.

If you decide not to cancel, simply click the "Close" button to close the window and return to managing your subscription page. 

To cancel your subscription, click the "I still want to cancel my subscription" button.

If you're given options with a favorable alternative, you may follow those instructions as well.
