Subscription Management
Here you can learn details about managing all aspects of your subscription. Your subscription account gives you full control and flexibility.
Manage Subscription Access
From your Customer Account (login link), click "Manage Subscriptions" link under your name in Account Details to manage subscriptions. To learn more about setting up your customer account please visit the dedicated page:

Subscription Management Account Overview
From your subscription management page you will have full control to manage all aspects related to any ongoing and future subscription orders. Functionality includes skipping an order, updating frequency of deliveries, swapping your product that is delivered, updating shipping method, updating shipping information, updating billing information, viewing upcoming orders and past transactions, updating quantities of each product delivered, managing discounts, adding a product to your existing subscription, and cancelling your subscription(s). See below for details and instructions on each topic.
From your Manage Subscription page you will be able to control each active subscription you have individually. For your subscription you'd like to view, you can click on the specific order to see a list of upcoming deliveries, date that subscription was created, the frequency the subscription is currently set to, the status of your last payment, and the "manage" link (shown above), which gives you a variety of options. We will explore each of these option below in order.
Change Frequency of Deliveries
- To change the frequency of time between auto-deliveries on your subscription, click on the link under the column "Frequency" that reads, ie. Every 4 Week(s).
- Using the menu, adjust the delivery to the desired interval.
- Click the "Update" button when finished.
- A new message will appear confirming your new order interval and the next delivery date.
- If the information is as you'd like, simply click the "Confirm" button to submit your changes, and the popup window will disappear and return you to managing your subscription page.
- If you don't want to save your changes, click the "Close" button to return to managing your subscription.
View/Update Card
- To view or update your existing credit card on file, click on the "Manage" link for the intended subscription.
- Locate and click the "View/Update Card" link from the dropdown menu.
- A popup window will display a limited secure view of your current credit card info on file.
- If the information is up-to-date and as you'd like, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page.
- To update your credit card info or to add a different card, click on the "Update" button.
- Fill out your new or updated credit card info, and select the "Update" button.
Update Address
- To update your shipping and/or billing address on file, click on the "Update Address" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A popup window will display with your current shipping and billing address on file.
- If the information is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page.
- To update your address, make any changes needed, and click on the "Update" button when finished.
- Any changes to your Shipping Address on the right will automatically be made to your Billing Address on the right as long as the checkbox labeled, "The same as shipping address" is selected.
- If you Billing Address is different then your Shipping Address, please unselect the checkbox labelled, "The same as shipping address", then update your Billing Address before click the "Update" button the bottom to save changes.
Update Shipping Method
- To update your shipping method on file, click on the "Update Shipping Method" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A popup window will display with your current shipping method and rates on file. If you transitioned from a introductory free shipping product, the shipping rate will default to the lowest available rate for you item(s).
***Shipping rates will appear blank until they load. Allow several seconds to allow system to calculate and load current shipping methods.
- If the information is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page.
- To update your shipping method, make any changes needed from the dropdown, and click on the "Update" button when finished.
Upcoming Orders
- To view your upcoming orders and dates, click on the "Upcoming Orders" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A dropdown menu will display beneath your order # with your upcoming order dates and information.
- To view products, quantities or to skip an order click on the related links and follow the instructions.
- To collapse the upcoming order list, simply click on the Order # link under the Subscription column heading.
SKIP ORDER(S)
Going to be out of the country or still have some coffee that you want to go through? You can easily skip a single or multiple orders.
- To skip one or multiple upcoming orders, click on the "Upcoming Orders" link under the "Manage" menu, or click on the "Order #" under the 'Subscriptions' heading. Both of these actions will show you a list of several of your upcoming overs.
- A dropdown menu will display beneath your order # with your upcoming order dates and information.
- To Skip an Order, click on the link "Skip Order" under the 'Action' Header.
- A popup will display asking you to verify that you would like to Skip that Order delivery. Select, "OK".
- To collapse the upcoming order list, simply click on the Order # link under the Subscription column heading.
Transactions
- To view your transactions to date, click on the "Transactions" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A popup window will appear with a list of your transactions and details.
- To view the order and transaction details, click on the order # under the Order ID column heading. This will open another window displaying all order details from our account.
- To close the transaction list, click on the "Close" or "Okay" button.
Product / Quantities
- To view and update your product quantities on file, click on the "Product / Quantities" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A window will popup displaying your products with a box showing the quantity of that product.
- If the quantity is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page.
- To update your quantity, make any changes needed, and click on the "Update" button when finished.
Manage Discounts
- To manage your discounts on file, click on the "Manage Discount" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A window will popup displaying your current discount code and a box to enter a new discount code.
- If the discount code is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page.
- To update your discount code, add it to the "New Discount Code" box and click on the "Update" button when finished.
Swap Product(s)
- To manage your product selection, click on the "Swap Products" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A window will popup displaying your current products in your order and a "Manage" button on the right to swap your current product.
- If the product(s) is up-to-date, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page.
- To swap your product(s), click on the button with the arrows under the "Manage" column on the right.
- Click on the dropdown, and select the product you'd like to change your order to.
- Once your new product selection is made, the system will check and reconfigure the new product shipping method and rates. These will be displayed and a verification button will display, "Yes, swap product".
- Click this button to confirm and switch product.
Add Product to Subscription
- To add a product to your subscription, while logged into your customer account, visit the product page you'd like to subscribe to and click on the "Add to Existing Subscription" button under the "Add to cart" button.

Cancel Subscription
- Cancelling a subscription can not be undone without signing up for a new product. For alternative changes to your subscription see instructions above to skip as many orders as needed, change products, update quantities, or update shipping.
- To cancel your subscription, click on the "Cancel Subscription" link under the "Manage" menu.
- A popup window will display with a note and questions on why you'd like to cancel. Pick the best answer to describe your situation.
- If you decide not to cancel, simply click the "Close" button to close the popup window and return to managing your subscription page.
- To cancel your subscription click the "I still want to cancel my subscription" button.
- If you're given options with a favorable alternative, you may follow those instructions as well.
