Customer Account Management

Each customer who makes an order through steepedcoffee.com is automatically given a customer account linked to your email. These accounts allow you to manage your purchases and subscriptions, giving you full control. 

New Customer Account Activation

  • Once you've placed an order you will be sent an email to activate your account. 

  • Open that email with the subject, "Customer account activation".

  • Click the button, "Activate your account"

  • When prompted, set your password for your account.

Forget Password?

  • ***If you forget your password, follow the link "Forgot Password" and enter your account email (must match your account), and you will receive an email to reset your password. 

    • You'll then be able to use your email and password to login to your account. Click the "Login" button in the upper right hand corner of the website to access and manage all your orders and subscriptions.

      • Once you are logged in the "Login" button will then say, "My Account".



    New Customer / Sign up?

    • ***If you don't have an account yet, and couldn't find your Account Activation Email, then click the "New Customer? Sign up —>" link under the "Login" button.

    • Sign up for a new account and password

    • Check your email and follow the instructions to log into your Customer Account

    Your Customer Account

    From your customer account you will be able to see all your Account Details, Order History, and be able to Manage Subscriptions. 

    Order History

    The Order History section lists all of your current orders to date. This section does not list any future orders expected through your subscriptions. Future orders can be found in the "Manage Subscription" section. 

    Clicking on an order number will allow you to see that orders details. 


    Orders include many details: a clickable product, SKU, price, quantities, totals, discounts, shipping, and addresses. The order will also display any refunds, cancellations, etc. 

    Manage Subscriptions

    Click "Manage Subscriptions" link under your name in Account Details to manage subscriptions. 

    From your subscription management page you will have full control to manage all aspects related to any ongoing and future subscription orders. Functionality includes skipping an order, updating frequency of deliveries, swapping your product that is delivered, updating shipping method, updating shipping information, updating billing information, viewing upcoming orders and past transactions, updating quantities of each product delivered, managing discounts, adding a product to your existing subscription, and cancelling your subscription(s).
